We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our expert team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cutting-edge coffee and espresso equipment. Experience is a plus, but what really matters is your drive and curiosity. We want someone who’s passionate about problem-solving and eager to take on new challenges. Our team of service technicians are factory-certified pros with an average of over a decade in the field, you'll be in good company.
Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment
- Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the FieldAware app, our field service management software
- Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated timeframes
- Maintain your company-provided service vehicle in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition
- Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours service
- Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with the ability to be insuredProven customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanorStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent troubleshooting and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently while also contributing to a teamPreferred Qualifications
