Work model :
HybridWhat you will do :
- Provide technical support to advisors across various applications and functions
- Interact with relevant IT departments to restore service and identify issues
- Document and maintain IT Service Desk processes and procedures
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) on tickets within ServiceNow, our service request system
- Classify and document requests and incidents accurately
What you will need to be successful :
- College diploma or university degree in computer science, plus five years of equivalent work experience
- One to three years of experience in PC software and hardware support within a corporate environment
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in administering, installing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and 10
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in installing and troubleshooting software suites such as Adobe, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools
- Experience with the administration and support of clearing house platforms
