Azimuth Consulting is seeking driven and teachable individuals to join our team as Associate Financial Representatives. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for career changers or professionals seeking flexible part-time or full-time work. This role is best suited for motivated self-starters who are comfortable with commission-based income and the autonomy of a 1099 contractor arrangement.

No prior financial experience is required — we offer comprehensive virtual training and support to help you earn necessary state licenses and build a rewarding career in financial consulting. You’ll work directly with clients to help them understand and pursue financial goals including retirement, insurance, investments, and college planning.

What You’ll Do :

Conduct virtual consultations with individuals, families, and business owners

Educate clients on personalized strategies and financial tools

Assist in developing short- and long-term financial plans

Participate in professional development and leadership pathways

Associate Financial Representative Qualifications :

Must be a permanent U.S. resident and must reside in the United States

Must be able to pass a soft background check

Must complete required licensing within 30 days (support provided)

Strong communication skills and goal-oriented mindset

Passion for helping others and learning about financial literacy

Compensation :

Performance-based, 1099 contract role.

Part-time contractors may earn in the range of $50,000 – $90,000 annually

Full-time Associate Financial Representative's have the potential to earn $250,000+ annually

Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on individual effort, licensing, client volume, and — most importantly — coachability through our firm’s mentorship program

Results will differ from person to person, and actual income depends on personal commitment and business development
