Job Description

Join a dedicated team specializing in producing high-quality sweet potato chips fried in avocado oil. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be integral in maintaining a smooth flow of operations within our allergen-free facility.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials using stand-up forklifts.
  • Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Relocate items within the warehouse or factory using RF scanners.
  • Track inventory of incoming and outgoing items.
  • Carefully handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials when necessary.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in forklift operation, particularly stand-up forklifts.
  • A minimum of 2 years of forklift experience, with stand-up forklift experience comprising 75% of the job.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in inventory management, picking, packing, loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • GMP experience preferred but not required.
  • Ideal candidates are experienced forklift operators with over 2 years at the same company.

    Work Environment

    This role operates on the 1st Shift from 6am to 2 : 30pm. The facility is climate-controlled and exceptionally clean, often filled with the pleasant aroma of potato chips. Adherence to GMP standards is required, including wearing a hair net, beard net, smock, steel-toed shoes, and a hard hat.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50 / hr.
