A company is looking for an Incident Response Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues through problem solving, collaboration, and research, ensuring customers are informed about the status of their issues
Assist in implementing readiness programs and develop content while mentoring new Technical Support Engineers
Identify process gaps and provide feedback for product and tool improvements based on customer engagements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years of equivalent experience
Minimum 2+ years of Security Incident Response experience with operational security knowledge
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Network Security Administration or Systems Administration
Minimum 1+ years of customer-facing experience
Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 1000+ users
