bould design is an award-winning industrial design studio building category-defining products for brands like nest, roku, and eero. we’re a small, tight-knit team of designers who care deeply about craft, collaboration, and impact.
we’re looking for a dependable, organized, and thoughtful office manager to keep our studio running smoothly and support our team day to day. this is a flexible hybrid role—we’re open to part-time or full-time depending on the person. we care most about finding someone who is kind, energized, capable, and excited to be part of our creative environment.

what you’ll do
maintain a clean and organized, well-supplied, and welcoming studiomanage office purchases, deliveries, and vendor relationshipsprepare client invoicestrack expenses, project budgets and timesheetssupport our team with hr coordination, onboarding, and schedulingsupport team event planning and executionhelp with recruiting logistics and other team opsjump in wherever needed to keep things flowing smoothlyschedule
