Responsibilities :
Enforce company safety policies
Issue, receive, and store hand tools and equipment
Maintain inventory of all tools and order new equipment as needed
Keep records of tools issued to employees
Report damaged, worn out, or missing equipment
Use computer to enter and track tool transactions
Clean, oil, and perform minor repairs on tools or equipment
Coordinate with field employees to ensure timely delivery of tools
Keep work area clean and organized
Maintain high quality and productivity standards
Assist other departments as needed based on workload
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Florida driver's license
In-depth knowledge of duct fabrication and installation systems
Understanding of HVAC systems and related supporting utilities
Ability to work independently without supervision
Strong leadership and employee management skills
Work Environment :
Physical tasks include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders
Daily walking and lifting of 50 pounds or more
Use of upper extremities for forward and overhead reaching, pushing, pulling, and handling materials
Use of torso and lower extremities for kneeling, crawling, stooping, twisting, and squatting
