A company is looking for an RCCEM Escalation Manager, Enhanced Claim Resolution Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex client issues and serve as the final escalation point

Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients regarding service-related issues

Lead initiatives to improve department processes and drive workflow enhancements

Required Qualifications

Medical billing or US healthcare experience, or ability to quickly learn foundational concepts

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on collaboration and advocacy

Strong project management skills, including resource alignment and task planning

Proficiency in Excel and other business tools
