Territory Sales Manager

The primary function of the Territory Sales Manager is to achieve sales growth and net hearing instrument sales while building and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates must live within the territory.

Essential Functions :

  • Achieving net hearing instrument sales quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to grow current customer business and identify customer service issues.
  • Preparing and updating an annual territory business plan with the regional director and inside sales counterpart.
  • Working effectively with inside sales to prospect, develop, and recruit new customers.
  • Successfully introducing and establishing new products to both existing and new customers.
  • Coordinating training for customers to fit GN ReSound's hearing devices using GN ReSound's software-based programs.
  • Developing effective communication skills to present and sell GN ReSound's technology story.
  • Utilizing marketing tools and programs to build customer business and loyalty.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the GN ReSound customer database.
  • Completing appropriate sales and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Maintaining professional standards of behavior.

Competencies :

  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Experience with database management.
  • Exemplary platform skills.
  • Meet all performance and behavior expectations.
  • Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results.
  • Follow good safety practices.

  • Desired Qualifications :

    Preferred Education : 4 Year College Degree

    Experience :

  • 3+ years in outside sales selling a tangible product
  • 3+ years Business to Business selling experience (non-retail)
  • Travel : Up to 75%

    Pay Transparency Notice :

    Total annual compensation for this position includes a competitive base pay, along with performance-based commissions that reward you for your contributions to the company's success. Depending on your work location, the annual base pay for this position may range from $65,000-$85,000 and the total annual compensation, including at-plan commissions, may be around $200,000-$220,000. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
