Norma USA, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a talented Financial Controller to join our team. We are committed to excellence in our products and services, and we are looking for a professional who shares our passion for quality and innovation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Accounting and general ledger responsibility, building out processes and compliance testing for financial controls.
• Partners with leadership to ensure the profitability of business activities with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and other key functional areas to create accurate and timely reporting of business results.
• Clearly communicates results, issues, trends and all other relevant financial issues to Management.
• Guides operations manager and business team leaders in decision making and actions, on a day-to-day as well as on a forecasting / planning basis.
• Completes annual and longer-range forecasts for the departments of the business.
• Develops, introduces and implements financial tools that drive key business metrics (margin management, freight costs, contract terms, inventory management, etc.).
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Special projects as assigned.
