WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract Surgical Technologist for a local contract job in Mullica Hill, New Jersey.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for an ongoing assignment at Prestigious Hospital in Mullica Hill, NJ.

Job Function :
  • Day Shift.
  • 6 : 45am to 7 : 15pm.
  • Maintain proper sterile field during surgical procedures.
  • Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after operation and document according to policy.
  • Prepare patients for surgery as requested. Provide technical assistance to surgeons, OR nurses, or anesthesiologists as needed.
  • Wash and sterilize equipment using proper sterilization techniques.
  • Operate, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation. Take inventory and order surgical supplies as needed.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • Hold Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
  • BLS preferred (American Heart Association).
  • 1 year of experience as a certified Surgical Tech working in an OR setting is required.
