R&D Supplier Manager

A company is looking for a Supplier Manager in R&D Supplier Management and Performance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pipeline needs and manage supplier performance metrics

Oversee contract lifecycle management and drive process optimization initiatives for supplier management

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years OR Associate's degree with 8 years OR High school diploma / GED with 10 years of relevant experience

Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Health, Medical, or Clinical Sciences with additional training in Business or Finance preferred

Expertise in bioanalytical sciences and experience with CRO or external supplier management

Knowledge of drug development processes and experience with data analytics and visualization tools

Experience leading supplier governance forums and contract negotiations
