About the Role

Plant Therapy is seeking a Social Media Strategist whose equal parts creative powerhouse and get-it-done executor. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing to shape and own our social media presence across platforms, from concept to content to performance analysis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, story-driven brand environment and is ready to push boundaries on what a brand can and should be posting in today's digital world.

This is not just a scheduler role. This is for a strategic thinker with a sharp, creative eye and hands-on skills to film, edit, and publish engaging content that makes people stop scrolling and engage. In a world of competing attention, how can you make Plant Therapy stand out?

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own a platform-specific social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, and emerging channels
• Plan content aligned to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Capture and create native video content-both lo-fi and editorial-for use in Reels, TikTok, Stories, and ads
• Support our influencer coordinator in the sourcing of campaign-aligned UGC to build out and reinforce the brand narrative
• Collaborate with internal teams on messaging, visuals, and campaign timelines
• Monitor performance, experiment with formats, and iterate based on engagement data
• Identify and respond to real-time trends with branded POV
• Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic and tone across all visual and written content
• Monitor and report out on metrics related to post performance, engagement rate, follower growth, and more
