Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role :

The VP, Medical Affairs Strategy reports to our Chief Medical Officer and is a partner to our Medical Affairs Operations team. This position will define and develop medical affairs strategy and serve as the medical lead for post-marketing research in eyecare. The VP, Medical Affairs Strategy will be our internal subject matter expert across all functions and have high external visibility as a medical, scientific, and clinical peer-resource to our healthcare provider community, and also oversees scientific & medical communications and strategy development for disease education.

The expected base pay range for this position is $288,700 - $404,300 plus bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits. The base pay range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
