Job Title Graduate Assistant Non-Teaching | Center for Information Technology Excellence Agency Prairie View A&M University Department Center For Information Technology Excellence Proposed Minimum Salary $14.00 hourly Job Location Prairie View, Texas Job Type Graduate Assistant Job Description The Graduate Assistant - Non -Teaching, under general direction of the Center for Information Technology Excellence, will provide troubleshooting, system and software maintenance, and other IT related services to all faculty, staff and students for the university. Responsibilities :

• Attend Project Meetings.
• Perform Business Analysis For Projects.
• Participate in Process Engineering Tasks.
• Track the Progress of Implementations.
• Provide Student-focused inputs relative to transformation projects.
• Provide Weekly Progress Summary.
• Other duties as required. Required Education & Experience :
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University. (Minimum of 9 credit hours during the regular fall and spring semesters and 6 semester credit hours for the summer semester).
• Must be in good academic standing. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask; work independently (with supervision), and work cooperatively with others.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Maintain attention to detail, timely submission of deliverables, and utilize sound judgment. Job Posting Close Date :
