Coverage Needed : Start Date : December 1, 2025 End Date : Ongoing, primarily December to April 2025, intermittent thereafter Schedule : Full-time clinic coverage with 2-3 days of OR time (36 hours per week, days / time flexible) System call : 7-10 days per month, including one weekend Call Response Time Required : 30 minutes Clinical Details : Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient Call Type : Beeper EMR : Epic Support Staff : 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 PA / NP's Patient Encounters Per Shift : 16 in clinic Requirements : Board Certification Required in Urology : Yes BLS Fellowship : Required No License Requirement Requires Hospital Privileges : Yes Temporary Privileges Available : Yes
