Coordinate with programs, business units, UAT, and external vendors. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders during deployments. Track bugs, enhancements, and system changes through to production release. Report progress, metrics, and lessons learned to client leadership. Oversee contract requirements, licenses, and budget impacts.

- Proven success managing complex deployments in client-facing or government / public sector settings.
