Atomicdust is looking for someone who can make business development feel like having coffee with a friend who happens to need killer marketing. You’ll be the bridge between “Hey, we need help” and “Here’s exactly how we’ll make that happen”—and help prospects and clients feel guided, relaxed and appreciated along the way.
This is a junior- to mid-level position, with the ability to expand and grow your role as you become proficient in your responsibilities.
What you’ll do :
- Be the first point of contact for inbound leads , scheduling qualification calls between the lead, yourself and a member of our leadership team
- Listen strategically during meetings with leads to understand project goals, scope and approach
- Build comprehensive proposals based on project scope, working with leadership to ensure accurate pricing and approach
- Coordinate the entire sales process from initial contact through signed contracts, including follow-ups, presentations and client gifting
- Handle contract coordination , customizing payment terms and routing any client redlines to internal teams for review
- Keep deals moving forward , juggling timelines, internal teams and client expectations
