• Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification or 2000+ verifiable hours required.
• High School Diploma or GED completion required.
• Prior experience preferred in temporary traffic control services, utility industry, or construction industry preferred.

• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management systems.
• Must be able to follow safe workplace practices.
• Valid Driver's License void of suspension or revocation.

Safety Sensitive Position

Job Description :

As a Senior Protector, this role will support and uphold AWP's core values and mission to protect our customers' people, businesses, and time. Controls movement of vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic through work zones using hand signals with a STOP / SLOW Paddle. Reviews, comprehends, and executes temporary traffic control plans and / or standards to ensure work zones are properly installed and maintained. Coordinates and communicates with customers to ensure the safety of all workers.
