Job Description
Position : Multimedia Production Teacher - 0.2 FTE
Job Goals
The Multimedia Production Teacher will teach one section (0.2 FTE) of PA8205Z Multimedia Production – Honors , a hands-on course that empowers students to become skilled digital storytellers and community communicators. The course focuses on producing The Pondercast, a weekly student news show, and additional multimedia projects that showcase and connect our school community.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : 183 Days in accordance with contract between the
Arlington School Committee and the Arlington Education Association, Unit A
Salary and Benefits are consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Arlington School Committee and the Arlington Education Association.
The Salary Schedule is on our website. Salary placement is based on Education and Experience.
Arlington has a well-established new teacher induction program with mentoring throughout the school year. The first official work day in the 2025-2026 school year will be August 27, 2025. However, new staff are required to attend several days of orientation and training during the last two weeks of August.
