Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns while adhering to client and company policies
Provide customer support through inbound and outbound calls, as well as email
Maintain productivity and meet expectations for quality assurance metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; one year of related experience or training preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to train from the facility
Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and overtime
Experience with database updates and adherence to security protocols
