Project Manager

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and delivery. 80%-90% of projects will be in the federal space. 5 days in office per week. 1-2 project visits per quarter. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful outcomes. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements. Lead and mentor project teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

A successful Project Manager should have : a solid understanding of construction project management principles and practices; experience with larger federal projects at a general contractor; 8-10+ years of project management experience; strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively; excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in project management software and tools; strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams.
