About the Role
As a BCBA at Little Stars, you'll provide ABA services for children ages 2–18 with Autism, both virtually and in-person when needed. You'll design meaningful treatment plans, oversee client progress, and guide your team with integrity. You'll collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals while helping staff grow in their clinical and professional skills.
What You'll Do
Conduct initial assessments and regular reassessments.
Create individualized treatment plans and implement curricula.
Provide direct ABA services to clients and support to families / caregivers.
Supervise, mentor, and train Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
Monitor data collection, review progress daily, and prepare annual reports.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments to ensure positive outcomes.
Coordinate care with other providers to create holistic support.
Stay current with ABA research and ethical best practices.
Promote balance, growth, and teamwork for clients and staff alike.

Location & Schedule
This is a remote role based out of Wichita, KS .
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00a–5 : 00p Central Time (CT) .
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification (BACB in good standing).
Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or closely related field.
Strong verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
