Responsibilities

• Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Industrial Manufacturing Solution team (manufacturing, ag / bio-process, and food / beverage industries).
• Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff supporting detailed design.
• Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations.
• Lead the design of facility power distribution (Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control, Electrical Room Layout) and process electrical distribution (power and control wiring from control panel to equipment and field devices) in a manufacturing or industrial processing environment.
• Support business development, including proposal scope approach and estimating related to enhanced Electrical services.
• Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers.
• Conduct construction inspection and resolve electrical construction issues.
• Coordinate with local electrical utilities on project technical needs.
• Review supplier submittals and act as liaison between design team, client and remote design teams for Instrumentation and Control design.
• Oversee startup and testing of major electrical equipment.
• Engage in continuous learning and development of technical expertise / specialty area.
