Pay Rate : $35000 per year

Job Summary

ACC Manager is responsible to for building relationships with property managers in assigned territory selling AT&T’s innovative communication and entertainment products with a focus on AT&T Internet and AT&T TV products for high speed internet and television. The Account Managers are responsible for leadership, profitability, growth and direction of all sales activities in the region. Managing relationships is key to the success of the organization. Your proven experience in relationship management and demonstrated history of success in developing key accounts as well as cultivating working relationships with the Executive Vice President, other Area Sales Leaders / ARSM’s, and the Support Center Team is critical to success.

• Initiate, build and maintain strategic relationships with AT&T Account Managers; Property Managers and leadership
• Ensure market profitability through key initiatives, local partnerships and motivating the sales team
• Be the lead point of contact for AT&T
• Account Managers and Area Managers
• Network to uncover additional sales opportunities and channels
• Hold outside events at properties to promote
• AT&T products to new and existing residents
• Assist clients with new orders as well as provide support for existing clients
• Resolve complex account issues to ensure complete client satisfaction
• Required to complete and maintain all required job and compliance training including, not limited to sales process, Opus, AT&T, CPNI, Credit Application Process, etc.)

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

HS Diploma, BA or BS preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Pay Rate : $37000 per year

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Commission Potential) : $75,000.00+

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
