Director of Finance
We're seeking a hands-on, high-integrity finance leader to oversee accounting and financial operations across two manufacturing sites. This role includes managing a local team, partnering with cross-functional leaders, and driving financial performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- 3+ years of experience with the aerospace industry (FAR / DFAR)
- Experience with revenue recognition and EACs
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, ERP systems, and financial statements
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and general ledgerLead monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planningManage inventory controls, overhead rates, and annual physical inventoryReview pricing proposals, customer credit limits, and capital investment requestsOversee shared services including A / R, A / P, and payrollSupport operational improvements and working capital initiativesHire, coach, and develop finance team membersCollaborate with site leadership to meet business goalsAssist with acquisition due diligence and integrationFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
