Salary : $12-$17 Per Hour DOE

Warehouse Clerk Bensenville, IL

Were looking for someone detail-oriented to support daily warehouse operations. Youll work with customer orders, shipping documents, and our warehouse management system (Extensiv).

What Youll Do

  • Receive and process customer orders in Extensiv (billing, carrier, instructions).
  • Review order status, confirm serial numbers, and update shipping details.
  • Upload and manage documents (BOLs, invoices, packing lists).
  • Check in drivers, assign dock doors, and track shipments until delivery.
  • Assist customer service with inbound receipts and putaway details.
  • Close out orders and update charges in the system.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in warehouse, shipping, or order processing.
  • Comfortable with warehouse software (Extensiv a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail especially with documents and serial numbers.
  • Reliable, organized, and a good communicator.

  • Full-time, MondayFriday.
