    Required Qualifications and Skills :

  • Masters degree or doctoral degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Active license to provide psychotherapy in the state of Illinois - LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist OR LPC, LSW
  • Relevant clinical experience, including traditional therapy sessions, diagnosis assessment, treatment plan development and review, and proper documentation
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Timely completion and submission of service documentation and related documents
  • Experience working with a diverse client base
  • Proficiency in typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Successful background check
  • A GREAT sense of HUMOR : )

    • Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a weekly caseload of 10 clients
  • Conduct mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation, diagnosis reviews, and treatment plan updates according to company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with the team to address service gaps in the community
  • Utilize industry-recognized interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions
  • And other therapist-y responsibilities we might have missed but are equally vital to your role ;)

  • Experience with diverse clinical presentations
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation
  • A willingness to partner in building your practice through marketing and professional outreach
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and passion for your work!
