As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be at the heart of the revenue cycle, chasing down aging claims, resolving denials, and ensuring no dollar is left behind.

Responsibilities :

AR Follow-Up & Denial Management

• Work all aging accounts (30+ days) for assigned clients using payer calls and online portals
• Investigate and resolve denials, payment disputes, delays, and requests for additional info
• Execute denial management procedures in line with client contracts and internal protocols
• Identify and escalate claims over 90 days to the Client Success Manager for strategic review
