National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB) , a national network of 200+ CDFIs and economic development nonprofits, is seeking a dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead and enhance our people operations. Reporting to the Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer, this role will oversee all facets of HR administrationincluding recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. The HR Director will play a key role in shaping a positive organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and partnering with NALCAB's PEO provider to ensure competitive compensation and benefits that support our mission-driven team.
