As a Growth Marketing Intern, you'll support strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement across digital channels. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with the marketing team to test new ideas, optimize outreach efforts, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.

What You'll Do

Assist with a variety of strategy, business development, research and marketing projects for the insurance line of business

Engage in the research, creation and refining of business plans, distribution strategies and financial models

Participate in the development of market engagement strategies

Assist in the coordination of ongoing organizational development efforts

Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Must be an incoming Junior or Senior

Must be a student for the duration of the intern program

Degree concentration in Marketing preferred

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Self-starter with initiative and integrity

Proficient PC skills

Strong ability to multi-task

Detail oriented

Strong work ethic
