A company is looking for a Transportation Scheduler responsible for supporting the School of Origin Transportation Program by scheduling and dispatching drivers.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch drivers using the Route Genie App, adjusting for last-minute changes
Maintain logs of calls, cancellations, and no-shows, entering data into spreadsheets and databases
Process routing and dispatch activities while addressing transportation issues with the Transportation Manager
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in customer service and data entry
Strong data entry and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
