We're seeking an impact-driven strategist to utilize data to reach a wider audience, create emotionally resonant messaging, and build lasting relationships with clients and our communities. This position demands someone who is attentive to detail and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Market Research
• Gather, organize, and decipher data
• Offer impactful designs and writing
• Contribute towards the completion of both print and digital designs
• Form a strategy with milestones / timeline and lead the team towards the completion of the project(s)
• Format files for print vs web
• Provide design files
• Create mood boards
• Create site maps
• Conduct creative briefs and discovery sessions
• Research
• Present findings
• Report to senior team members
• Proofread carefully
• Meet set deadlines
• Measure results
• Assist with graphic design projects
• Assist with website development projects
• Assist with video editing
• Assist marketing efforts
• Professionally interact with clients in terms of demeanor and style
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate excellent listening and note-taking skills
• Contribute to design reviews

Please Note :   Even after a job offer is extended, no major tasks will be assigned until the appropriate training has been completed or the relevant manual has been thoroughly reviewed.

Compensation

Most of our projects operate on flat-rate agreements, with payments based on project scope rather than hours worked. Occasionally, hourly work may be required for small tasks, the hourly rate will be negotiated upon final hire based on the candidate's rate of service.
