About The Position
Key Responsibilities :
Accurately prepare, compound, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
Review prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, and contraindications.
Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and proper storage.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all medications dispensed and controlled substances.
Monitor patient outcomes to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers on treatment plans and formulary management.
Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and interns as required.
Ensure compliance with all California Board of Pharmacy , DEA , and FDA regulations.
Maintain inventory levels, check for expired medications, and ensure proper storage conditions

Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Education : Doctor of Pharmacy ( Pharm.D. ) degree from an accredited institution.
License : Active and unrestricted California Pharmacist License issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy .
Experience :
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospital, retail, or clinical pharmacy preferred.
New graduates with completed internships may be considered.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and California pharmacy laws.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
