Brand Manager

PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to support a leading pet products manufacturer. This role focuses on project coordination, pricing management, and cross-functional collaborationnot creative brand work. Fully on sight, Monday-Friday at $85-$95k.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with Finance to manage and interpret pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to execute product launches.
  • Oversee new product development from concept through launch.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and data using Excel.
  • Support brand presentations for major retail partners (Costco, Amazon, Walmart).

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 47 years of brand, marketing, or project management experience.
  • Background in CPG preferred; pet industry experience a plus.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
