Senior Electrical / Instrumentation Designer (Mid Level)

The Senior Electrical / Instrumentation Designer is responsible for performing detail design activities within the Electrical / Instrumentation discipline.

Essential Functions

Perform complex designs and layouts of One Line Diagrams, E / I Plans, Sections & Details, Wiring Diagrams and Schematic Diagrams utilizing CAD hardware and software.

Review vendor drawings and other documents.

Requirements

Qualifications

5 or more years of design experience in a drafting environment developing One Line Diagrams, Electrical / Instrument plans, sections and details, schematics diagrams and wiring diagrams.

Minimum of 5 years of CAD experience, including 3D Design

Working knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards.

AutoCAD 2016

Education

High school diploma. Associate's degree or certification from technical trade school preferred.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Frequent sitting and operating a computer.
