Key Responsibilities

Define and own product design vision, strategy, and execution from concept to production

Translate UX vision into actionable strategies and deliverables using data and user feedback

Mentor and lead a team of product designers while fostering a strong design culture within the organization

Required Qualifications

8+ years of proven, hands-on experience in building user experiences

3+ years of experience mentoring and developing a team of product designers

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX / UI experiences in relevant industries

Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
