About the team and what we'll build together
We are seeking a Director of Data Governance to lead the execution of our enterprise-wide data and AI governance strategy. This is a new and high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring that our data and AI initiatives are aligned with ethical, regulatory, and business standards. You will define the frameworks, standards, tools, and practices that ensure data and models are trustworthy, discoverable, high-quality, and responsibly used.
You will serve as the central point of coordination between Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Business teams. Your work will help scale our data ecosystem while embedding a culture of data stewardship, transparency, and accountability across the company.
