Culinary Lead (Hourly Kitchen Manager)

What You’ll Bring to the Table :
Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops TrainersBe responsible for opening or closing the restaurantLearn basic food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory organizationUtilize a proven track record of coaching and developing team membersDevelop additional leadership skills to manage the teamCross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growthAssist with any additional duties assignedThe Competencies you’ll exhibit :
