Vice President, Pharmacy Services - Strategic Healthcare Leadership
Join a leading healthcare organization as Vice President of Pharmacy Services, where you'll drive strategic pharmacy initiatives across our multi-facility division. This executive leadership role combines clinical expertise, operational excellence, and business acumen to optimize pharmaceutical services and enhance patient care outcomes.
Core Responsibilities :
- Lead divisional pharmacy operations, clinical services, and regulatory compliance across multiple acute care facilities
- Drive strategic cost containment initiatives and optimize medication management systems
- Develop innovative pharmacy business process models to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide executive oversight of pharmacy departments while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Partner with Division Supply Chain CEO and Clinical Resource Director on pharmaceutical purchasing strategies
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and establish best practices in pharmacy services
