Job Description

The Contract HR Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding support, and candidate experience for a variety of roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing multiple priorities, and supporting organizational growth through talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse and production roles
• Conduct a high volume of daily phone and in-person interviews
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
• Represent the company at job fairs and community hiring events
• Assist with new hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and internal systems
• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience
