A company is looking for a Workforce Scheduler Analyst to provide support and effective staff planning in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Forecast call volumes and create accurate workforce schedules
Perform ad hoc analyses and present conclusions to management
Maintain schedule integrity and collaborate with management on staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or 2 years of college in business or related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of call center analytics experience required; workforce management experience preferred
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of WFM applications and call center business rules
Excellent analytical and qualitative skills
