Overview :

The level C Inspection Technician supports Quality Engineers in ensuring that products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements by assisting in the analysis and resolution of product conformance issues. This role heavily involves performing basic inspections on electromechanical assemblies and panel / module assemblies, supporting quality assurance objectives, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions :

• Support Quality Engineers in ensuring products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements by assisting in the analysis and resolution of product conformance problems.
• Perform basic inspections on electromechanical assemblies and panel / module assemblies. Assist in interpreting manufacturing drawings, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units.
• Assist in performing quality planning tasks to ensure product conformance to requirements, including the preparation of control plans, instructions, procedures, and quality records.
• Support the training of inspectors and assist with product and manufacturing process audits to support quality assurance objectives.
• Assist in evaluating defect data to identify trends and collaborate with Quality Engineers to recommend process improvements.
• Help develop basic tools to facilitate efficient execution of quality planning, verification, and analytical processes.
• Help to Support kaizen events, help to summarize outcomes, and make recommendations to management based on sound decision factors and business principles.
• Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and work instructions relevant to the quality organization.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
