Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Family Medicine opening in Dubuque, Iowa Tri-State border of Iowa, Illinois and WisconsinH1B Sponsorship Available Position Details : Full-time, permanent position - 40 hours per week with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time built in. Established Practice and Patient Panel Competitive compensation and benefits package Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well X-ray and Lab on-site Looking for flexibility to increase patient access Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Additional details by request from group Average patients / day : 22-24 Provide Supervision of APPs Pooled phone call triaged through my-nurse call center : 1 week on every 5-6 weeks Additional call 4 weeks per year covering Pediatric Admitting at Hospital Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong leadership skills required to set the daily tone of the clinic Dedication to highest tier of patient experience and quality metrics Qualifications : MD or DO Board Certified / Board Eligible Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa Eligible to work in the United States Ability to work as a team member About the Group : A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois.
