Founded in 1998 in London's Notting Hill neighborhood by Tamara and Simon Hill-Norton, the company was established to provide stylish and high-performance workout clothes for women in a market that was largely dominated by menswear.
The brand's mission is to "empower women through fitness and beyond." They are known for their distinctive prints, technical fabrics, and designs that are both functional for various physical activities and fashionable for everyday wear. Their product range includes leggings, sports bras, yoga clothes, running gear, ski wear, and swimwear. One of their most popular items is the "Power Legging."
About the Role
We are committed to finding exceptional talent for the holidays to represent our boutique in Chicago from November through the beginning of January 2026. We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.
The ideal candidate excels at creating positive, lasting customer interactions while building brand loyalty. They thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adeptly balancing multiple priorities and consistently putting the customer first. Key responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store. This role may include opening and closing responsibilities and the potential for keyholder duties.
As part of the Leap platform, this individual will have the unique opportunity to support other brands in our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Familiarity with emerging retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.
Position Qualifications
Hourly Pay Range : $17 to $20. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
