About the role
Join as a Process Technician III focused on operating, setting up, and troubleshooting large-scale plastic injection molding presses. You’ll broaden your technical scope by rotating through mold and color changes, hot-stamp equipment, and robotic systems.
What you'll do
- Operate equipment : Start up and shut down injection molding presses and run routine operations safely and efficiently.
- Handle molds : Install and remove injection molds and dies; assist with mold setup and fine-tuning adjustments.
- Troubleshoot defects : Identify and correct issues such as splay and short shots; communicate equipment concerns to maintenance; work confidently with robots, hot-stamping, and related tooling.
- Process support : Execute color changes, operate overhead cranes, clean hoppers, perform moisture checks, and set up dryers as needed.
- Improve continuously : Spot opportunities to enhance process capability and equipment efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams : Provide support across all shifts and levels when required.
