As a Security Professional - Utilities Site Patrol - Driver in Rockport, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout utility locations. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas by vehicle and / or on foot. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor for unusual conditions or activities and report findings according to established protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while on patrol.

Document observations, incidents, and / or occurrences as required by site procedures.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies and / or drills as directed.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
