Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney specializing in Transactions and M&A to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. This position involves providing legal advice and support to ensure successful business transactions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and transaction documents
Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
Assist in structuring and executing complex business transactions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and develop strategies
Manage relationships with external counsel and stakeholders involved in transactions

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A and transactions

Strong understanding of commercial contracts and corporate governance

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
