This is an exciting job opportunity for a Production Manager in Littlestown, PA, with Signify.

Manage a production unit to deliver products within defined performance, planning, quality requirements, and sustain world class operational performance.

Lead, select, develop, coach, and evaluate direct reports while meeting business goals efficiently and promoting a safety culture.

Facilitate and manage programs and process improvement events using Lean methodologies, data and analytics, problem solving, project management, and promoting a continuous improvement environment.

Collaborate with the Operations and Production teams on capacity and labor plans.

High School Diploma, or equivalent, and 3+ years' experience as a production / manufacturing supervisor leading, coaching and developing teams.

Hands-on, team oriented, and committed to business improvement processes while balancing the needs of multiple users, including stakeholders and senior management.

Successful collaborating and leading within a bargaining unit environment.

Self-motivated with excellent project management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Capable of making independent decisions, managing multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines, and can easily adapt to changing situations.

Salary : $92,000 - 134,860 based on experience

Bonus : target bonus opportunity - 10%
