We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time. You will connect guests to what matters most by executing Victra's sales process and sharing product knowledge. You will be the face of Victra. What You Will Be Doing

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to connect and have fun while helping guests.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech approachable.
• Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Physical Requirements

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment.
